Wait Eyes On You is WHAT?!

A vastly growing online & retail waterproof jewellery brand based in Perth, Western Australia. With a small team but big dreams and future, we’re taking on a talented marketing assistant/content creator that will play a heavy role in Eyes On You.

Why are we loved?

Eyes On You launched in 2020 and shortly after became a viral online business through Tiktok! All about high quality waterproof jewellery while being affordable, the pieces are designed with meaning and sentiment by the founder. We’ve been seen worn by inspirational women and our favourite influencers, but most importantly our friends (customers) all around the world.

Being a Perth, Australia based brand, we shifted the focus from our USA market that reached 100k customers, to Australia, our home. Since this campaign, we’ve grown interpersonal relations with our customers through our pop ups all around Australia, where we got to travel and meet customers face to face interstate in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide. Our Perth customers have an extra special place in our hearts, hence our popular pop ups every few weeks throughout the year, in some of the biggest shopping centres.

From 1 founder in 2020, to now a team of 7 in 2023, we’re so excited to welcome another member to the family!

As a marketing assistant/content creator you will..

• Essentially wear all hats of marketing and its execution!
• Create and outline Eyes On You’s overall strategy to increase brand awareness, audience engagement and ROI across platforms monthly
• act as the face of Eyes On You across social media platforms through content creation
• Create and manage all content across all social media platforms daily including posts/ reels, tiktoks, stories and other, including social campaigns, planning strategies and monitoring execution
• Manage and execute marketing emails and SMS weekly
• Manage and execute communication for influencer marketing campaigns

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 2-3 years experience in marketing using social media platforms (agency or brand side)
• Understanding of social media and current marketing trends
• Creative thinker with an ability to put themselves in the customers position and make decisions
• Results orientated, highly organized and strong communicator
• Proficient working to deadlines
