Our warranty covers faulty items only. It does not cover general wear & tear, damage caused by misuse or mishandling. Please refer to our care instructions for general care instructions.

All our 18k gold plated stainless steel jewellery is fully waterproof and tarnish resistant, making it easy to jump in the shower or ocean without worrying about coming out with green skin marks! With that, as they are not solid gold, we do recommend you take these steps to ensure they last YEARS!

✨ Not spraying perfumes directly onto jewellery

✨ Running jewellery pieces under water and polishing with cloth every once in a while incase any residue is still on there! 

✨ keeping in non humid areas when you’re not wearing them

All our 18k gold plated sterling silver jewellery needs a little more care as these pieces are not made to be worn in water. Although wearing these pieces a few times will not affect the jewellery straight away, having it on constantly will cause the gold plating to fade as sterling silver does not grasp onto the plating as well as stainless steel does.
