Can jewellery pieces be worn while swimming or showering?
Our stainless steel & sterling silver jewellery is fully waterproof! It won’t tarnish or turn you green.

What if your rings dont fit me?
majority of our rings are adjustable to any size, but if they are not we are more than happy to place a return and replacement.

What locations do you ship to?
We ship worldwide and are located in Australia!

How do I track my order?
Our shipping carrier will send you a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped!

I made a mistake, can I make changes to my order?
If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We often process orders within a couple of hours of them being placed, therefore it will need to be before shipment pick up.

If something is out of stock, will you be restocking?
We do choose to restock specific items and often will display preorders, however if something has been removed from our website it will most likely not be in stock.

There is a problem with my order, what do I do?
We do our best to make sure that every order is perfect, however, sometimes errors do occur. If you have any issues regarding your order, please do let us know via email or instagram dms and we will do our best to resolve any issue quickly and efficiently.
