Can jewellery pieces be worn while swimming or showering?
While most of our products are high quality 18k gold plated, for longest life span, do not wear while swimming or showering.

What if your rings dont fit me?
All of our rings are adjustable to any size.

What locations do you ship to?
We ship worldwide and are located in Australia!

How do I track my order?
Our shipping carrier will send you a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped!

I made a mistake, can I make changes to my order?
If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We often processes orders within a couple of hours of them being placed, therefore it will need to be before we ship it off.

If something is out of stock, will you be restocking?
We do choose to restock specific items and often will display preorders, however if something has been removed from our website it will most likely not be in stock!

There is a problem with my order, what do I do?
We do our best to make sure that every order is perfect, however, sometimes errors do occur. If you have any issues regarding your order, please do let us know via email or instagram dms and we will do our best to resolve any issue quickly and efficiently.

Can I refund or return my order?
We have a no-return policy stated in our policies section, however, if you have the wrong order or an item was broken while being shipped to you and it was not through personal fault, we do exchanges and refunds depending on the severity of the issue.
