Returns & Exchanges

At Eyes On You Co, we want you to love your purchase. However, we understand there may be times when you wish to return or exchange an item.

If you change your mind about your full price purchase, we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange within 14 days of the date of purchase or delivery. Items must be in unused and original condition to receive a refund, an e-receipt proof of purchase must be provided. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.

Please keep in mind custom engraved jewellery as well as our permanent jewellery experience is non refundable as it is customised per order.

Return shipment fees are paid by the returnee. A refund will be issued immediately upon receiving the returned items.

Faulty or broken

A 1 year warranty against manufacturing faults from the date of purchase on items is automatically included with all Eyes On You Co jewellery purchases.

Our warranty covers faulty items only. It does not cover general wear & tear, damage caused by misuse or mishandling.

Jewellery must be presented or shown in order to validate warranty. Please email us at Hello@eyesonyouco.com for compensation.

This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. 

 

Conditions of return
