I came to the appointment early and the lady was ready to serve me. it took about 15 minutes, and she fully explained the different chain options which was helpful and explained the process she was using. I love the bracelet, I'm not sure if I was meant to receive any certificate with it like the website stated. although the bracelet is perfect, there is a twist in the chain which means the chain wasn't like fully laid flat around my wrist and when I wear it there's a twist in it.
