Our warranty covers faulty items only. It does not cover general wear & tear, damage caused by misuse or mishandling.

I brought the three peice mystery box just expecting some simple jewellery but what I was given was incredible. I was given a stunning silver ring, a silver chain bracelet and a silver pair of evil eye earrings. The only specifications I asked was for the items to be silver and include a bracelet and I'm so happy with what I received. The earrings I wasn't fond of to begin with, but I grew to love them. I've had a anklet since january 2024 and it's had not a single spec of tarnish so I think very highly of this brand. Amazing job guys and I love everything!
I still have not received this order and it has been over a month. My emails are not answered still at this point. I bought a "meet me at midnight" necklace with a mystery box. I am so frustrated cause it was meant to be a gift!
Jewellery wasn’t what i expected, it was part of the new collection i assume. quality is so great i’ve slept in the necklaces and never take them off when i shower because i’m too lazy and there is no tarnish what so ever

I really only liked one thing in the mystery box and it broke after a couple days :/ it was a beautiful bracelet just a bit disappointing that it broke 2 days after the package came
